TENSION SPRINGS
Another special area of our production is the fully automated manufacture of tension springs. Well equipped with state-of-the-art coiling machines, we can produce tension springs up to 7.5 mm wire thickness in large series for the household appliance industry and the automotive industry.
- Thermal treatment and shot peening integrated in production area
- Tension springs (from 8 mm) are made on winding machines and in further processing the eyelets are attached
- Tension springs with screw-in pieces made of plastic, cast iron or other metals possible
The completion of tension spring packages and the design of highly stressable tension springs are our particular strengths.
