We are pleased to officially announce that the merger of the companies VDF VOGTLAND Federntechnik GmbH and RENZING Federntechnik GmbH has now been successfully completed. With immediate effect, we are now operating in the FEDERNTECHNIK division under the name of VDF VOGTLAND Federntechnik GmbH.

RENZING has been part of the VDF FEDERN Group for almost 20 years now. Although we have been working very closely together for so long, our project teams have identified many additional advantages for integrating RENZING into VDF VOGTLAND. The application of the same processes and functions will bring a great improvement and more customer benefits for both companies. This will further improve the competitiveness of the FEDERNTECHNIK division and thus of the VDF FEDERN Group.

Of course, this will also result in adapted organizational structures. The employees of both companies will benefit from extended opportunities for further development and a strengthened position within a growing group of companies. In addition, the merger will optimize our internal processes and thus promote even more efficient cooperation. This is a gain for the employees, while the management and shareholders will remain the same in the future!

This is understandably a milestone for RENZING after more than one hundred years of company history. With the traditional company VDF VOGTLAND Federntechnik, founded in 1908, this tradition is now being successfully continued!

Today, the VDF FEDERN Group stands for three areas of expertise and strategic business units: FEDERNTECHNIK, STANZ-BIEGETECHNIK and FAHRWERKTECHNIK with four production locations in Germany and one sales location in the USA.

Together, we look forward to taking our customers and partners with us on this journey and continuing to support them as a strong and reliable partner in the future.
