Commitment and years of cooperation make the difference!

A welcome occasion for a breakfast together with the management to talk about old times, highlights and the changes in the company's history. Frank Derer had shaped the stamping and bending technology division in his 45 years since starting his apprenticeship at RENZING and is now proud to be a team leader at KREUTZER Stamping and Bending Technology, our competence center. Dirk Köhler began his training at VDF VOGTLAND 35 years ago and is also a team leader and specialist when it comes to tension springs. Faruk Vardar has been part of our logistics team for 30 years now and has shaped the tuning area at VOGTLAND Autosport for many years. Mr. Orhan Balta has been part of the VDF FEDERN team for 25 years. He began his training as a spring maker and still supports the VDF VOGTLAND team in Plant II as a machine and plant operator.

In an informal and relaxed atmosphere, the management was pleased to share the special highlights of the past years with the employees and to highlight personal developments. Perhaps one or two of them will reach the magical 50 years? We would be delighted!

We were particularly pleased that long-term prospects were created for 11 new trainees at the beginning of August. Here's to many more successful years together!
